Ever wonder how the vodka makes it from the still to the bottle? The bottle filler (yes, that's the name) makes it really easy for us to fill your bottle all the way to the top without any spillage! It's actually a really cool and very simple step in the process.
Once the distilling is over and the vodka is ready to drink, the entire batch of deliciousness is stored in stainless steel totes until it is proofed. The average tote can hold up to 300 gallons, or 4,275 bottles, of vodka. Once it reaches the correct alcohol percentage, it is reading for bottling. The bottle filler is then connected allowing the machine to transport the vodka to the bottle you're going to bring home. As you can see, it doesn't take long, about as long as it takes for you to drink the bottle (no judgement, we're guilty too).
We were thinking you would love to fill your own bottle when visiting? What do you think? Hoping to finish building within the year and open it up to the public! Until then, leave a comment on our social for any other sneak peeks you're interesting in.
